Food Log 12/26

Breakfast:

Snack:

  • Pinata Apple
  • Adora Dark Chocolate with Calcium

Lunch:

  • Portabella mushroom sandwich on 2 slices rosemary olive oil bread with mustard and broccoli sprouts
  • A few left over Brussels sprouts
  • A pear drizzled in raw almond butter and agave. (about 1 tbsp almond butter total)

Snack:

  • Grapefruit
  • 3 peanut butter pretzels

Dinner:

  • 1 roll+ 1 piece brown rice shrimp scallion sushi, a few with avocado
  • about 1/2 cup salsa, 3 or 4 large pita chips baked with oil

Dessert:

  • Decaf vanilla cappuccino
  • 3/4 Sicilian Semolina Piatto cookie
  • Sugar button cookie

Workout: 60 minute swim with 3 250m intervals and 1 150m interval built in
