These are not recipes as much as they are formulas. Formulas for things I make all the time or eat on a daily basis from oats for breakfast to almond cappuccinos for dessert.
With a dairy allergy, or any dietary restriction for that matter, it takes more thought to put together each meal. Everything on this page is dairy free (or a has a dairy free variation) and almost everything is low in soy (soy hates my stomach!!!).
